In 2025, Miranda founded TeleNurse Staffing LLC after seeing how difficult it is for healthcare organizations to find nurses who are truly prepared for flexible, role-specific care environments.

After years working across Utilization Review, Case Management and insurance, Chronic Care Management (CCM), and HEDIS abstraction, Miranda saw both sides of the system up close. After experiencing bedside burnout, she transitioned into remote nursing, and through working alongside staffing agencies and healthcare teams, she saw hiring managers overwhelmed by long hiring cycles, credentialing delays, and candidates who weren’t truly prepared for remote work.

What became clear was this: nurses don’t need more pressure or one rigid path, they need options. And healthcare teams don’t need more resumes—they need ready, compliant talent.
